The house is a vertical plot of land – a three-dimensional plot. The load-bearing concrete structure forms the arrangement for building five flats – houses. The concept is based on involving clients in the design of their properties. Clients will decide not only about the selection of materials, but also on shapes and the layout – i.e. about the architecture of their house. The architect in this case becomes a draftsman and executor of their clients’ wishes.
